Had laser hair removal done, they an amazing job.

I called to make an appointment and said I wanted to have a nose filler. They made an appointment for me at 2:30pm today and I drove exactly 40 minutes. I met with the person who performed the procedure and he tried to convince me to have lip filler by saying that he did not do nose filler and the price was too expensive!!!!! I'm so angry right now and I feel sorry for the time and energy I wasted. A place whose sole purpose is money. If you are not doing nose filling, you need to say this on the phone. Why are you wasting people's time? I definitely do not recommend you to go there. If you love your money and time, do not waste your time in such places!

i never had experience like this I had an amazing experience at Tiam Spa Laser & Skin Center! The staff was incredibly professional, welcoming, and made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. The facility is clean and well-maintained, which gave me confidence in the quality of their services. The laser treatment I received was handled with care and expertise. The technician explained everything thoroughly, making sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process. Nasrin Kazemi is the best!!! She is very knowledgeable, kind, and caring. She is the reason I come to the Tiam spa. Her facials are relaxing and leaves a healthy glow.

Today I had my appointment at 9.30am and was close!. I have the picture that they sent me a text reminder 9.30 my appointment. I drove 3 hours spending my time and my gasoline. One day before I explain that I can’t come at 10am because is too late to me. I have appointments with my clients. They made me come to nothing! I’m very disappointed with the service l!

I have had more than 10 sessions at TIAM spa and they have been more than amazing. The staff, facilities, and machines exceeded my expectations. The owner and staff are very attentive to details and truly listen to you. I explained that I felt certain areas weren’t having as much progress as others and the owner was quick to help in fixing that and added on extra sessions at no cost in order to help. I have pale skin and dark hair and see such a difference. I feel very satisfied with my results. Definitely recommended!!!

I recently had another fantastic session with my laser hair removal tech, Jamie Romero. She always does her job at 100% and is incredibly friendly every time. The place is always clean and well-maintained, which makes the whole experience even better. Highly recommend!
