I love this place!! I had the pleasure of meeting Tiam and her mom several years ago. The first thing I noticed when I walked in is how clean and beautiful the place is. Tiam did a facial analysis and discussed a skin care regimen, things to avoid and even discussed diet. I'm Latina and have different skin care needs and Tiam is so great at taking a personalized approach. I highly recommend this place! 10 ⭐️'s

I am an indian woman and have received full body laser hair removal at tiam medspa and the technicians did an amazing job with making me feel comfortable as well as increasing the strength as needed. I was always asked at each session what my problem areas were that were still growing and they focused more on those areas. Overall the staff is very friendly I reccomend everyone I know to come here for their beautifications! They have the BEST lasers as well as the best price.

Jamie the Tech for laser hair removal is phenomenal. She caters the treatment to your level of comfort and needs. She listens and easily willing to accommodate to your concerns. I appreciate her sincere care to ensure I get my desired results. She does her BEST to make sure it’s a comfortable and a THOROUGH session. An added bonus to a session with Jamie is that she doesn’t force any small talk or conversation, she reads off how much you give her. She is an absolute gem. The laser hair removal machine is more advance as it cools the treated area for added comfort. Spa environment is cute, clean, and relaxing. Prices for laser hair removal are very fair. Try to snag it during their promotions by monitoring their Instagram or signing up for their text message notifications. I was referred through a friend, who also referred two others, and now waiting for the right deal for my mom to join in on being hair free. We’re all content with our results. I highly recommend this spot for all laser hair removal needs. Minus one star only because the location finds it fit to charge a $150 penalty if you’re unable to make your appointment/cancel same day. Also, it may take several calls before they answer since they may not have someone monitoring the desk while treating patients. Tiam is polite and does seem to care for her customers. She aims to provide the best results with the package purchased instead of pressuring additional sessions for optimal results.

Absolutely recommend! Just finished my 7th hair removal laser session and I am absolutely happy with the results. The laser machine they have is very effective and painless. Tiam (the owner) is super sweet and cares deeply about the experience of her costumers. The prices are very competitive and the atmosphere in the spa is super relaxing.

Tiam Medspa is a beautiful Medspa i have ever been to in Mclean, i love this place, i can easily book my appointment online and the moment you walk in to this beautiful location everyone is welcoming and super nice ,i got my botox and fillers at this location and my skin looks amazing. Im ready for summer now 🙂 I wish i can give 10 star and cant wait for my next appointment, Thank you again you guys are amazing , Finally a Location that they know what they are doing 🙂

Karlyn took the time to thoroughly explain the procedure and ensured I was comfortable throughout. The results were natural and exceeded my expectations. The atmosphere at Tiam Spa is serene and welcoming, making it a perfect place for self-care. I highly recommend Karlyn and Tiam Spa.

Tiam Spa is amazing! I commute to McLean 1-2 times per month just to visit this spa because the services are incredible. Full disclosure — I am an African American male who has had skin conditions/issues since I was a teen. We are talking about ingrown hairs all over my body, mild acne, and hyperpigmentation. Seriously, as soon as I get a pimple or a nick on my skin, that spot stays black for 2+ YEARS. I have tried shaving, but it only results in more ingrown hairs and dark spots. To top it all off, my skin has started to age now that I am in my 30s. Tiam Spa has helped with all of this. I initially went in for laser hair removal. I was skeptical at first because I know that not all lasers work with dark skin pigmentation. Tiam Spa uses a diode laser that is painless and highly effective! After just two sessions, my body hair was reduced significantly. I recommend buying a laser hair removal package. If you aren’t sure how much you need, just schedule a consultation; everyone there will be super helpful. After a few sessions, I was curious about what other treatments they had to offer. Now, I go to Tiam Spa for botox, facials, microneedling, and even skin care products. The staff here has offered skin care products that have helped with the specific needs that I have mentioned. The botox has been great; they have well-trained aestheticians who are very skilled. I learned that Dysport lasts longer than Botox, so I recommend purchasing it. Even though it is a bit more expensive, you will save money overall and be very happy with your results. The microneedling has helped even out the layers of my skin, complexion, and pigmentation. If you have craters or scars on your face, I recommend trying this. It doesn’t hurt since they numb you beforehand, and the staff walks you through pre- and post-procedure care. Lastly, I have been doing the Oxygen Facial treatments. After having hyperpigmentation from shaving my beard for nearly twenty years, the bottom half of my face and the top part of my neck is much darker than any other part of my body. The Oxygen Facial has helped brighten and even out my skin. I see results with each session that I get! My skin has transformed so much over the past year, and I truly owe it to this spa and all who work here. I am very happy that I decided to try laser therapy here because it has led to me getting support with issues I never knew I could fix.
